            Service Process:
            • The assessment is completed online from home, your dormitory or anywhere else where you 
              peace and quiet. It takes approximately 40 minutes of uninterrupted time. Your selected 

              you the link to the assessment by email after you have paid for the selected assessment 
              package.
            • You can choose when to complete the assessment, but please keep in mind that your coach 

              review your talent profile before the consultation. The Gallup assessment must therefore
              least 3 days before your consultation.
            • If you opt for a consultation without the Gallup assessment, it is sufficient to send yo

              talent areas to your coach 1 day in advance.
            • The consultation lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the selected option, and takes place 
              the UK Point Counselling Centre, at another location specified by your coach, or online.

              (see the points above).
            • Payment for the assessment and consultation should be made before taking the assessment,

              individual consultation in the case of the option without the Gallup assessment. Your se
              will provide you with the specific payment terms.
            • If you are unable to attend the consultation, you must cancel the appointment at least 4

              advance by contacting your selected coach via email. In the event of a later cancellatio
              attend the consultation without a serious reason, the appointment will be forfeited, wit
              to a refund of the consultation fee or to a replacement appointment.
