I am an HR professional and a “heart person”. I enjoy supporting students on their journey towards excellence or simply helping them make the right decisions and move closer to their goals. I work with their talents, personality and career potential, interests and needs. I use positive motivation to support students as they take their first steps in their professional careers and later as they plan their further professional development.
I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resources Management from Charles University. I am a certified coach and trainer with many years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I have focused primarily on career counselling and talent identification, as well as people development, education, coaching and talent management. I spent almost 10 years working in HR management in corporate organisations and founded the HR and training agency Career Partner, s.r.o. I collaborate with many multinational companies and have a strong understanding of their needs and expectations, as well as the current labour market.
