I am HR professional and "heartthrob", I like to develop students on their way to excellence or "just" to make the right decision that moves them forward to desired goals. I work with their talents, personality and career prerequisites, interests, and needs. I work with positive motivation with the aim to support students in their start of a professional career and subsequently planning further professional development.
I received my master's degree in andragogy and personnel management at the Charles University. I am a certified coach and lecturer with many years of experience. My entire practice is mainly devoted to career counselling and talent searching, as well as people development, education, coaching and talent management. I worked for almost 10 years in HR management functions in corporate organizations, I founded the personnel and training agency Career Partner, s.r.o. I cooperate with many multinational companies, and I know their needs and requirements as well as the situation on the labour market.
I provide consultations in English and Czech.
