The goal of career counselling is to identify personality and career prerequisites, strong talents and potential for suitable future career application together with the support of leading testing tools. Career counselling can therefore very well help you in your decision-making regarding employment on the labour market after graduation, or already during your studies, and at the same time help you align your idea with expectations and roles in modern organizations.
Testing is free of charge for UK students, the results will be consulted with you by a qualified advisor.
Testing for career direction in the last years of bachelor's, master’s, and doctoral studies, or for the period of choosing a study specialization:
Counseling includes a combination of two tests (about 1 hour) and a consultation (about 1.5 hours).
The testing takes place online, you will receive links to the tests and instructions by email, and you can choose the date of completion yourself in the comfort of your home. The tests take an average of about 60 minutes to complete. The tests must be completed 4-5 days before the scheduled consultation due to processing and preparation.
Follow-up consultation, i.e. interpretation of results and feedback counseling, takes place face-to-face (exceptionally online) lasting about 1.5-2 hours - Carolina Center consultation room at Hybernská 4 or Školská 13a (Prague 1).

I received my master's degree in andragogy and personnel management at the Charles University. I am a certified coach and lecturer with many years of experience. My entire practice is mainly devoted to career counselling and talent searching, as well as people development, education, coaching and talent management. I worked for almost 10 years in HR management functions in corporate organizations, I founded the personnel and training agency Career Partner, s.r.o. I cooperate with many multinational companies, and I know their needs and requirements as well as the situation on the labour market.
