I am a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach with many years of experience. For several years, I have also worked with university students, helping them discover their strengths, develop their potential, and clarify their future study and career direction.
As a career coach at a university counselling and career centre, I provide individual consultations and lead workshops focused on strengths. I also contribute to teaching a career development seminar.
Understanding my own strengths was an important turning point in my professional journey, and I am happy to help others find a direction in which they can make the most of what they enjoy and what comes naturally to them.
I am an HR professional and a “heart person”. I enjoy supporting students on their journey towards excellence or simply helping them make the right decisions and move closer to their goals. I hold a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resources Management from Charles University. I am a certified coach and trainer with many years of professional experience. Throughout my career, I have focused primarily on career counselling and talent identification, as well as people development, education, coaching and talent management. I spent almost 10 years working in HR management in corporate organisations and founded the HR and training agency Career Partner, s.r.o. I collaborate with many multinational companies and have a strong understanding of their needs and expectations, as well as the current labour market.
