Service Process:

• The assessment is completed online from home, your dormitory or anywhere else where you have enough peace and quiet. It takes approximately 40 minutes of uninterrupted time. Your selected coach will send you the link to the assessment by email after you have paid for the selected assessment and consultation package.

• You can choose when to complete the assessment, but please keep in mind that your coach needs time to review your talent profile before the consultation. The Gallup assessment must therefore be completed at least 3 days before your consultation.

• If you opt for a consultation without the Gallup assessment, it is sufficient to send your selected talent areas to your coach 1 day in advance.

• The consultation lasts 60–90 minutes, depending on the selected option, and takes place in person at the UK Point Counselling Centre, at another location specified by your coach, or online. Please book your appointment through the booking app. When choosing your appointment time, please allow sufficient time for the coach to review your talent profile (see the points above).

• Payment for the assessment and consultation should be made before taking the assessment, or before the individual consultation in the case of the option without the Gallup assessment. Your selected coach will provide you with the specific payment terms.

• If you are unable to attend the consultation, you must cancel the appointment at least 48 hours in advance by contacting your selected coach via email. In the event of a later cancellation or failure to attend the consultation without a serious reason, the appointment will be forfeited, with no entitlement to a refund of the consultation fee or to a replacement appointment.
